Property Visit

Whether accompanying you or conducting the visit on your behalf, we carefully inspect the property to check the structural integrity and other key considerations (damp issues, plumbing, electrical, pests, condition of outdoor areas, kitchen, bathrooms and other rooms).

Real-Time Advice

During the visit, we provide real-time consultation on the structural integrity of the building and answer any engineering or structural-related questions you may have. We can assist by advising on what work needs to be done, some of the options you have and an honest first assessment of the property.

Post-Visit Consultation

Following the visit, we will provide you with a summary of the visit and points discussed in person.

If you were not present during the visit, we will arrange a post-visit consultation to discuss the outcomes of the visit, our honest evaluation of the property and answer any questions you may have.

Property Visit

Structural Assessment & Visit Report

Following the visit, we provide a detailed report on the building’s structural integrity, complete with photos and explanations. Our report includes all of the outcomes of the visit and identifies any areas of concern, such as cracks or beam deflections, and prioritizes them as urgent or minor –  giving you a clear understanding of the building’s overall condition.

Renovation Guidance

We provide advice on necessary renovations – including estimated costs – directly within the structural report. 

Price Guidance

We prepare an independent, unbiased estimation of the property’s true value and investment potential. Our report helps you determine a price point for negotiation, helping you to make an informed decision
